My Story

I’m so glad you’re here!

The winding path of my life is defined by adventure and leaps into the unknown.

I trekked alone through the Himalayas and once tested my fate in crocodile-infiltrated waters in Costa Rica. I've climbed rock walls hundreds of feet in the air and ventured on Hadzabe bush hunts in Tanzania.

I’ve lived in Vermont, Colorado, Montana and Tennessee and hold a special place in my heart for Nicaragua. I’ve traveled to 5 continents and over 30 countries.

Little did I know that one of the greatest leaps of all would be resigning from nearly a decade of classroom teaching to start my own business.

I had no idea what would happen!

As I learned to navigate how to network, find clients, (and yes, make money), a lesson I learned in Nicaragua kept coming back to me:

My mentor and dear friend said to me on one particular day when I was questioning my purpose in life:

“What you do for people will never be the most important thing, Susan. Walking with us is what matters most.”

So that’s what I do. I walk with you, my clients, so you may discover your own adventures, pack your own bags with well-tested tools and strategies to make your journey a success.

Whether you are struggling to find clarity, pivot direction with your company or discover how to develop better leadership and empathy within your teams, I will not tell you what to do, but guide you toward clarity.

I will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone, and yes, leap!
